M2000 hot melt coating resin for signs on road surface
Properties:
M2000 hot melt coating resin is based on BS-424 specialty resin for road coating, with adjusted composition of light stabilizing agents. It is effective in the absorption of light esp. UV light, as well as the quenching of hydroperoxide, active oxygen and free radicals. Road coating with M2000 resin in it has outstanding resistancy to aging and yellowing, is resistant to dirt, pressure and abrasion, has medium leveling property and dries fast.
M2000 resin is a specially designed bonding agent for sign coating, suitable for asphaltic surface or cement surface.

Concluding remarks:
The coating made from M2000 resin is comparable to or better than coating from C200H, except for the leveling property. To have the best coating and the best result out of M2000 resin, we suggest 0.5%-1% more dioctyl ester in the mix, 10-20°C higher in working temperature than what is used for C200H coating.
